Lenta - Supermarket & Hypermarket
The ’Modern City Groceryconcept’ is a brand new supermarket format from Russian hypermarket chain Lenta . We developed a ’Formula for Growth’ store concept for the Moscow Region with an average surface area of 1,200 sqm and scalable up to 3200 sqm. The basisof this concept developed in 2014 contains; crisp departments, a clear routing and abright price signal. Meanwhile, the concept has been rolled out in 27 stores.
In addition, we have developed a new store concept for the 124 existing ’Hypermarkets’ across Russia. The concept of the Lenta hypermarket is based on three main pillars; value (large volumes and smart buying ) – improve fresh (fresh market) and increasing the visibility of local products through communication.
